Gardening is it a hobby or a living.

We all have Hobbies whether its making Models or making Dolls Houses, we all have them, and mine was Gardening. When I was 3 'I think', my mother was working at a hotel as a cleaner, the hotel had a very large garden and the groundsman who looked after the garden was quite a close friend of the family. Well to cut a long story short he gave me some seeds to sow, the seeds were I think either Marigolds or Asters, no they were defiantly Marigolds, well after planting them they all grow, I must say we had Marigolds everywhere, and thinking back, that was the time I got hooked on Gardening. Over the last 50 years or so the Gardening bug has grown and blossomed from a hobby into a very lucrative business. Since my retirement and handing the keys to the Business to my son and daughter 2 years ago, I have been busy writing two books about my experiences in the Gardening trade from humble Marigold growing in 1960 to running a 1 million pound a year business now. So to the question your probably asking, what's he going on about, well all of the knowledge I have gained I am going to give to you for Free, and it starts like this,
Introduction
Have you ever thought, all the time that you're sitting at home watching TV, maybe it's a favorite film, that outside things are stirring in your garden, plants are growing, they very rarely stop, their growing producing flowers, in turn the flowers will produce seed, this is a never ending cycle. These plants are a very vital part of our existence. Each plant is producing oxygen to keep us alive, they are also trying their very best to make us wealthy, just by their existence we can become very rich.
There are certain things that you need to know when growing plants for profit, firstly the main objective is to find your market. With all the knowledge that I have gained over the last 50 years of growing plants, 40 years of growing plants for profit, I will disclose to you in this book.
Flowering plant sales over the years have grown from a few hundred pounds profit to millions of pounds of profit, I am not saying that you will make millions, you might, but you can certainly make £20,000 per year profit and this will double every year, you could certainly acquire £250,000 in five to six years.
In the years from 1984 to 1989 I earned £750,000.
Most of this Money was earned from two Flowers and the Flowers were the Fuchsia and the Chrysanthemum, we sold over 1 million a year.

Bret Favre Back For Another Season Of Football

By: BC The Trainer

Bret Favre back again in Minnesota, nevertheless crazy for football following all these years. The future hall of fame quarterback returned to the Vikings on Tuesday, more than six months after the New Orleans Saints almost battered him straight back into retirement whilst playing with Minnesota in the NFC championship game. What a season that was !

All it cost him was another operation on his left ankle in May, followed by a lot more rehab, a text-messaging may lay all through training camp and several all-star lobbying by teammates, this week to persuaded Favre to think about coming back for another season.

Favre arrived at Winter Park shortly before 4 p.m. Tuesday. He was driven by kicker and close buddy Ryan Longwell, who made the round trip to the location of the quarterback's hometown of Hattiesburg, Miss. Monday evening with guard Steve Hutchinson and defensive end Jared Allen were begging for his come back. Despite the hoard of media and fans who lined Viking Drive awaiting his police escort, the team made no official statement about Favre, whom is slated to hold a media conference.

So as the Vikings prepare for the 2010 season with a totally spirited offense and tenacious defense of twenty two returning starters to shoulder a Super Bowl-or-bust campaign. A training camp defined by Favre's absence and injuries to crucial offensive players, now seem a hazy memory.

Wide receiver Percy Harvin practiced full speed for a second day after missing more than two weeks because of migraine headaches and the death of his grandmother. Tight end Visanthe Shiancoe and running back Adrian Peterson are over minor injuries. And receiver Sidney Rice is growing his workload as he rehabilitates through a irritating hip injury.

Now, they finally can depend on Favre, who's coming off one from the best seasons of his storied professional career — 4,202 yards passing, 33 touchdowns, a career-low seven interceptions together with a career-high passer rating of 107.2. He is the NFL's all-time leader in victories (181), passing yards (69,329), touchdowns (497) and consecutive games played (285).

Favre, who will turn 41 in October, has played with retirement plans for many years whilst playing for the Green Bay Packers, the New York Jets as well as the Vikings. The three-time most valuable player appeared doubtful as of late, as two weeks ago when he reportedly told teammates and some group officials his left ankle had not sufficiently healed. Few of his  team were buying it, mainly because they endured a comparable ordeal in 2009.

Favre has been going back and forth over retiring,  but still can play a mean game of  football. Watch the Vikings and all of your favorites teams on your home computer here live.

4 Very Common Types Of Business Cards

4 Very Common Types Of Business Cards

By Lynne Saarte

There are many different types of business cards that are available for your every business need. However, it is very crucial that you figure out first which type of business card will best suit your taste and your business. Do you like a business card that can best represent your business offerings to all your clients and customers in the market? If yes, you need to consider how you want business cards to look like, and what are the messages that you want to give out to all your clients and customers. To help you in deciding on what type of business card to choose, below are some of the types or styles of business cards that you can utilize.

The standard style is the very first kind of business card style and is considered as the most used style in the business world nowadays. This is because this style is simple. It usually has a rectangular shape with four corners. This is also the most basic style of business card that is available in standard price. And because this style is very easy to create and print, this is the one that will suit you especially if you have a tight budget. And just like other styles, it has its own simple look and professionalism that can attract clients and customers.

Round corner business card is another type that you can use. This round corner business card type is a variation of the standard ones. Every time this style of card is designed and printed, a die cut design is needed to make the round corners that give the different shape. Because this type of design gives out a softer feel, it is now considered as one of the most popular option by many businessmen. However, it is a must for you to be always prepared to have extra money since this design costs extra, but the resulting design will surely give added value and personality to your cards.

Square shaped business cards are another good example of a style that you can utilize. Now considered as one of the most used styles, squared shaped business cards are unique improvement to standard business cards. This type of style is usually small compared to others cards but can give you a fighting edged among others. These square business cards are fun to create and can aid you a lot when it comes to showing all your clients and customers that you and your business have a good personality. But every time you will use this style, it is a must for you to always be careful when it comes to the space that you will use because you will only have a very small room in your business card templates where you can place all your contact details.

Last but not the least is the recycled business card. Just like other styles, this type of card gives a unique and humanitarian touch to your card. This style is now widely used because it helps save the environment. Most large business establishments even the small ones use this type of card especially those who are pro environment. This type of business card will not only give your business an edge, but it will also help save the environment.

Iran spy charges for Germans over Ashtiani stoning case

Ms Ashtiani's case has sparked an international outcry

Iran
has charged two Germans with spying after they interviewed the son of a
woman sentenced to death by stoning for adultery, reports say.

The charges come a day after they appeared on Iranian state
TV and said they had been "tricked" by an activist in Germany into
speaking with the family of Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani.

The pair were arrested in Tabriz, north-west Iran, in October.

They have been identified only as a reporter and a photographer.

Germany has said it is doing all it can to try to secure their release.

TV 'confessions'

"The espionage charge for the two German citizens who came to
Iran to stage propaganda and spying has been approved," Malekajdar
Sharifi, the head of the judiciary in Eastern Azerbaijan province, was
quoted as saying by Reuters news agency.

Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani

  • Held on death row in Tabriz, East Azerbaijan since 2006
  • 43 years old; two children
  • May 2006: 99 lashes for "illicit relationship" with two men following the death of her husband
  • September 2006: Case reopened during trial of a man accused of
murdering her husband; convicted of "adultery while married"; sentenced
to death by stoning despite retracting a confession
  • 8 July 2010: Iran suspends stoning sentence, says case will be reviewed
  • 11 July: East Azerbaijan judiciary says she was also convicted for conspiracy to murder husband
  • 24 July: One of her lawyers flees Iran
  • 7 August: Guardian publishes her statement that she was never convicted on murder charge

Last month, Iran said the two had confessed to working as reporters in the country without the proper visas.

They travelled to Tabriz, in Iran's East Azerbaijan province,
where they interviewed the son of Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani - the
43-year-old Iranian woman whose sentence to be stoned for adultery has
sparked international condemnation.

In Monday's broadcast, one of the Germans said he intended to
sue activist Mina Ahadi, an Iranian exile living in Germany who has led
the campaign to save Ms Ashtiani from execution.

"I accept that I made a mistake. Since I had no information
on the case, I was tricked by Ms Ahadi," the second German man was
quoted as saying.

A spokesman for Germany's foreign ministry said it was trying to verify the reports.

'I am a sinner'

Monday's broadcast on state television also included a woman identified as Ms Ashtiani who said: "I am a sinner."

Her face was blurred and her words were voiced over in what the TV report said was a translation into Farsi from Azeri.

Ms Ashtiani's stoning sentence was suspended in July this
year, but last month, reports emerged that Iranian courts were instead
considering hanging her for the murder of her husband.

Ms Ashtiani's lawyers insist she is innocent.

The report also broadcast purported statements by two men
whose faces were blurred that state TV identified as Ms Ashtiani's son,
Sajjad Qaderzadeh, and her lawyer, Houtan Kian, both of whom were
arrested last month.

In the broadcast, Mr Qaderzadeh retracted his previous
allegations that his mother was tortured, and criticised Mr Kian and Ms
Ashtiani's previous lawyer - who fled to Norway this summer - for
publicising the case.

Iran's judiciary says a final decision has yet to be made
about her case and that it is now focusing on the murder conspiracy
conviction, rather than the adultery charges.

Brief Information About Watches

It is stated that the time from 1500's to 1575
is considered to be the great time of advancement and innovation in
watches. The timepieces in those days were large structures as they were
driven by weights and also their sizes also made them impossible to
carry about. However, in the year 1524, the first portable watch was
produced and it is also said to be the recorded date of the watch but
other watches appeared around 1548, which were mostly of German or
French origin. English and Swiss origin watches came up later on in the
year 1575. Actually, the first portable timepiece was invented in the
year 1504 by a person known as Peter Henlein. We have to note that
wristwatch was invented by the Swiss watch maker, Patek Phillippe in the
late 1800s; which were only worn by women and men wristwatches were
later in the early 1900s by Louis Cartier.

There are different
types of watches and some of them are LCD watches, analog, quartz,
mechanical, jewel and diving watches. LCD watches
uses liquid crystal display to show the time and their numbers are
usually gray or black on a lighter background. Quartz watches have a
quartz crystal as a vibration system and they are most convenient in
usage because there is no need to wind them up or worry that they will
stop if you do not wear it for some days. Quartz crystal provides high
accuracy of movement. A diving watch is water resistant through a depth
of between fifty to one hundred meters and it is marked on the dial.
Instead of the usual push/pull crown, a diving watch has a screw down
crown and this creates a better water tight seal. Analog watches are
watches that have hands, there may be a second hand or not. The second
hand moves in continuous sweeping motion.

Government to compensate ex-Guantanamo Bay detainees

Binyam Mohamed

UK resident Binyam Mohamed had sought compensation following his release

Around
a dozen men who accused British security forces of colluding in their
torture overseas are to get millions in compensation from the UK
government.

Some of the men, who are all British citizens or residents, were detained at the Guantanamo Bay prison camp in Cuba.

At least six of them alleged UK forces were complicit in their torture before they arrived at Guantanamo.

The Commons will debate the payout when Justice Secretary Ken Clarke makes a statement on Tuesday afternoon.

A written ministerial statement on the out-of-court
settlement, which had been expected on Tuesday morning, was withdrawn by
the Ministry of Justice.

Lengthy negotiations

It is believed the government wanted to avoid a lengthy and
costly court case which would also have put the British secret
intelligence services under the spotlight.

Bisher al-Rawi, Jamil el Banna, Richard Belmar, Omar
Deghayes, Binyam Mohamed and Martin Mubanga were among those who had
begun High Court cases against the government.

They had claimed that UK intelligence agencies and three
government departments were complicit in their torture and should have
prevented it.

In May, the Court of Appeal ruled that the government was
unable to rely on "secret evidence" to defend itself against the six
cases.

Then, in July, the High Court ordered the release of some of the 500,000 documents relating to the case.

At least 60 government lawyers and officials have been working through the documents.

Guantanamo Bay prisoners File pic: 2002

The controversial Guantanamo Bay camp was run by US forces

The settlement was believed to have been agreed after lengthy negotiations.

BBC political correspondent Ross Hawkins said the
Intelligence and Security Committee and the National Audit Office would
be briefed about the payments.

He said the government would now be able to move forward with
plans for an inquiry, led by Sir Peter Gibson, into claims that UK
security services were complicit in the torture of terror suspects.

Shami Chakrabarti, director of Liberty, said of the payments:
"It's not very palatable but there is a price to be paid for
lawlessness and torture in freedom's name. There are torture victims who
were entitled to expect protection from their country.

"The government now accepts that torture is never justified and we were all let down - let's learn all the lessons and move on."

Severely tortured

The Cabinet Office said: "The prime minister set out clearly
in his statement to the House (of Commons) on July 6 that we need to
deal with the totally unsatisfactory situation where for 'the past few
years, the reputation of our security services has been overshadowed by
allegations about their involvement in the treatment of detainees held
by other countries'."

Tuesday's statement is expected to be made by Justice Secretary Ken Clarke.

The UK security services have always denied any claims that they have used or condoned the use of torture.

Last month, the head of MI6, Sir John
Sawers described torture as "illegal and abhorrent" and defended the
service's need for secrecy.

Mr Mohamed, from west London, was held in Pakistan in 2002
before US agencies moved him to Morocco, where he was severely tortured,
before he was sent on to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba.

It later emerged that a British intelligence officer visited
him in detention in Pakistan and that the CIA had told London what
mistreatment he had suffered.

Mr Mohamed, 32, had alleged that his torturers in Morocco had asked questions supplied by MI5.

He was released in 2009, when allegations of British involvement in torture returned to prominence.
